Every build shares the same modular, precision-machined track platform, closed-loop tension control and variable-frequency electric drive. Choose by line pull and cable envelope. Units can run in 2-unit tandem for higher tension.

The compact entry point to the range. Two vertically-mounted track carriages run polyurethane V-pads: the lower track is frame-fixed, the upper rides on squeeze cylinders and hinges open for quadrant by-pass and top loading. The frame is open on one side for fast deck-side loading and pad change-out.

Delivered as part of the SFE Adventurer cable-lay spread for Shinfox Far East's TPC2 inter-array and export cable campaign in Taiwan. A caterpillar track system with calibrated load-cell feedback holds tension within tolerance across the full cable diameter range.

Calibrated load-cell feedback with full PLC monitoring holds set-point tension through vessel motion.
Variable-frequency motors with planetary gearboxes. No track HPU, lower OPEX and a cleaner deck.
Drives are synchronised across every carriage to prevent differential slip on the product.

The 20 MT Dual Track tensioner was delivered within a complete lay-spread: T&I engineering, barge-to-CLV conversion, two carousels, a loading arm and a compensated quadrant system.
Dimension lay-spreads have also been delivered on the GL 2030 DP2 Barge (LS Marine Solution) and the Longyin 9 10,000 MT hybrid CLV newbuild.
