Bespoke skid-mounted HPUs sized to the crane, winch or compensator they serve. Redundant pumps and triple-stage filtration keep the hydraulic circuit clean and available, with air or titanium-plate seawater cooling to suit the vessel.

Full motor-drive packages for tensioners, carousels, winches and cranes, built into Dimension-fabricated cabinets. On the GL 2030, ABB ACS880 drives power the 2 500 MT carousel, 20 MT tracked tensioner and 2 MT LCE.

Dimension delivered the complete electrical and control package for the GL 2030 cable-lay spread: VFD drives and motor control for the carousel, tensioner and LCE, and the integrated control room. All panels and HPU skids were FAT-tested with the parent equipment under full load before vessel integration.
